You're not lost.
You're in territory your old maps don't cover.
There's a difference, and it matters.
Women exhausted by being told to breathe more, be grateful, and journal harder.
Women who are educated, critically minded, and skeptical of what the wellness industry keeps trying to sell them.
Women navigating career transition, empty nest, loss, burnout, or the quieter sense that the life they built no longer fits.
Partnered or single.
Rooted, in transition, or in unfamiliar terrain.
Whether you have a word for it yet or not.
You need a compass, not a cheerleader.
I'm a Transitions Coach with a background in adult education.
I help you draw your own map.
Starting from where you actually are, pointed toward where you want to go.
Who's asking the questions
I'm Linn. I’ve spent fifteen years as an adult educator, now the person behind the Compass Method. The Compass Method grew out of real theory and years of lived practice teaching adults, until coach training showed me how interconnected they were, and what blending them could offer my clients.
How this works
🧠Start here — The Invisible Load Field Guide. Free.
A structured way to name what you're actually carrying before you commit to anything else.
🧠Build your compass — Orientation Package (3 sessions) or the full Compass Method (10 sessions).
Structured, inquiry-based 1:1 coaching.
🧠Live it — The Fjord Reset. Norway.
Waitlist opens late 2026. For women ready to test their new compass somewhere it can't hide from itself.
You don't need to know exactly what you need before you start. You need the right amount of support for where you are right now, and that changes as you move.

The Invisible Load Field Guide. Ten pages, three exercises, roughly forty minutes with a pen and no phone.
It will not tell you what to do. It will show you what you have been carrying, what part of it was never yours, and where one degree of change would actually land.
Not a mood board. Not an affirmation deck.
Freire drew a line between being handed answers and learning to ask your own questions. This is built for the second kind of learning.
The kind that lets you navigate change on your own terms.
